Stocks365 uses proprietary technology, quantitative models, and AI-assisted research tools to power core platform features. We are transparent about how technology interacts with your data and our content production process.
Our proprietary quantitative models process publicly available market data (price feeds, volume, technical indicators, and macroeconomic data) to generate trading signals and trust scores. Your personal account data is not used as input for signal generation algorithms.
Our editorial team uses AI-assisted tools as research and drafting aids during the content production process. These tools help our analysts aggregate data, process financial reports, and generate preliminary research drafts. Our editors then substantially rewrite, verify, and shape this research into original published content. AI does not autonomously publish content — all published articles are the product of human editorial judgment and review. This process uses publicly available financial information and does not incorporate your personal data.
We may use your interaction data (such as assets you follow, signals you view, and articles you read) to personalize your feed and recommend relevant content. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a useful experience. You may opt out of personalized recommendations in your account settings.
Under the GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. Our trading signals are informational and educational in nature, produced by quantitative models with human analyst oversight. They do not constitute automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, as all trading decisions are made solely by the User.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
We engage trusted third-party services that process data on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure | All platform data (encrypted at rest and in transit) |
| Twelve Data | Market data and price feeds | API requests (no personal user data) |
| Finnhub | Market data, news feeds, and financial data | API requests (no personal user data) |
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Website analytics and usage insights | Anonymized usage data, cookies |
| Telegram Bot API | Telegram notification delivery | Telegram chat ID, notification content |
| Google / GitHub (OAuth) | User authentication | Authentication tokens (we receive name and email) |
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
We may share your information for purposes not described in this policy if we obtain your explicit consent.
Stocks365 offers multiple notification channels to keep you informed about trading signals and market events. Each channel involves specific data:
If you enable email notifications, we use the email address associated with your account to send signal alerts, market updates, and platform announcements. You can manage your email notification preferences or unsubscribe at any time via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in each email.
If you connect your Telegram account, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver notifications via our Telegram bot. We do not access your Telegram messages, contacts, or other Telegram data. You may disconnect Telegram at any time in your account settings, which will delete your stored chat ID.
If you enable browser push notifications, we store a push subscription object (containing an endpoint URL and encryption keys) provided by your browser. This subscription is used solely to deliver push notifications and is deleted when you disable push notifications or revoke browser permissions.
Notification messages may contain signal details (asset name, direction, trust score, TP/SL levels) and market event summaries. Notifications are transient and are not stored on third-party notification services beyond the time required for delivery.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites function properly, improve user experience, and provide reporting information.
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential / Session | Authentication, session management, security (CSRF protection) | Session / up to 30 days |
| Preference | Remember your settings (theme, watchlist, notification preferences) | Up to 1 year |
| Analytics (GA4) | Understand how visitors use the Platform, measure feature engagement, improve user experience | Up to 2 years |
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you when a cookie is being set. Note that disabling essential cookies may impair Platform functionality, including the ability to log in.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. As there is no industry standard for DNT compliance, the Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this policy if a standard is established.
We implement a variety of technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
