In compliance with Google's guidelines on AI-assisted content and in the interest of full transparency, Stocks365 discloses the following about our content production process.
All content published on Stocks365 — including market analysis, research reports, and educational materials — is the product of our editorial team's expertise, judgment, and oversight. Our content production follows a structured multi-stage workflow:
We use AI-assisted tools strictly as research and drafting aids, not as autonomous content creators. Specifically:
You acknowledge and agree that:
Our content production practices are designed to comply with Google's Search Essentials and Helpful Content guidelines, which emphasize that content should demonstrate Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T). Our approach — using AI as a research tool while maintaining human editorial oversight, original analysis, and named expert authorship — is consistent with these guidelines and reflects industry-standard practices in modern financial journalism.
All trading signals, setups, conviction scores, take-profit (TP) targets, stop-loss (SL) levels, and risk assessments published on the Stocks365 Platform are general, impersonal market commentary generated by our quantitative research models from publicly available market data. They are made available simultaneously to all subscribers in identical form and are not tailored to any individual user's portfolio, financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Signals do not constitute, and shall not be construed as:
Past performance of any signal, strategy, model, or analysis shown on the Platform is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Financial markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of all invested capital.
You acknowledge that you use any signal, setup, or trade idea published on the Platform entirely at your own risk. You should always conduct your own research, consult with a qualified and licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction, and carefully consider your individual financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance before making any trading or investment decision.
Stocks365, Inc. operates as a bona fide financial publisher. We publish general, impersonal market analysis, research, and trade-idea commentary on a regular and ongoing basis to a broad audience of subscribers. We do not provide individualized investment advice, manage client funds, execute trades, or take discretion over any user's account.
Our publishing activity falls within the publisher's exemption from investment-adviser registration recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985), and within analogous exemptions for commodity-related publications under CFTC Rule 4.14(a)(9). We are not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), commodity pool operator (CPO), futures commission merchant, financial planner, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction.
Nothing on the Platform — including signals, asset analysis, charts, conviction scores, expected-value calculations, geopolitical risk assessments, research-lab statistics, or educational content — shall be interpreted as:
All investment and trading decisions are made solely by the User. Stocks365 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses, lost opportunities, tax consequences, or other damages you may incur as a result of acting on Platform content.
Because Stocks365 publishes general, impersonal market commentary to all subscribers in identical form, our signals and analysis do not consider any individual user's:
You are solely responsible for determining whether any signal, setup, strategy, or piece of analysis published on the Platform is appropriate for your individual circumstances. If you are unsure whether a particular signal or strategy is suitable for you, you should consult with a licensed financial adviser, broker, or other qualified professional in your jurisdiction before acting on any Platform content.
Position sizing, stop-loss placement, take-profit targets, and risk management decisions for your own account are entirely your responsibility, even where the Platform suggests reference levels for those parameters.
To preserve our status as an impersonal financial publisher and to avoid actual or perceived conflicts of interest, Stocks365, Inc. and its principals observe the following standards:
If you become aware of any apparent conflict of interest, you may report it to shaker@stocks365.com.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 17 or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
Stocks365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
