The Platform offers both free and premium account tiers. Free accounts provide access to a limited set of features. Premium accounts unlock additional capabilities, including advanced signal analytics, priority notifications, and extended data access, subject to the applicable subscription terms described in Section 8.

All trading signals provided on the Stocks365 platform, including but not limited to buy/sell recommendations, take-profit (TP) targets, stop-loss (SL) levels, trust scores, and risk assessments, are generated by automated algorithms and AI models. All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, algorithms, signal models, trust score methodologies, and editorial content, are the exclusive property of Stocks365 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:
"Stocks365," the Stocks365 logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Stocks365. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
Stocks365 offers premium subscription tiers that provide enhanced access to signals, analytics, notifications, and other features. Plan details, pricing, and inclusions are described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize Stocks365 (or its designated payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stocks365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 17 or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
Stocks365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stocks365 operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
